New week

It is surprising how a weekend off from work and training can help to recharge your batteries. I went down to gym at the lunchbreak today and did a quite tough speed-session on the treadmill. Speed training can be painful I have put it off for several weeks.

I did 2 times 2500 meters at a speed of 4m30s per km. The last 500 meters in boths sessions were hard, and you have to mind your steps on the treadmill or you could take a nasty fall.

I feel very uplifted now and I really have to make time for real long run this weekend.
