Temporary setback

By Patrick | October 23, 2007

I have my first small injury since the summer. My right ankle is a bit soar and I can´t run comfortably. My left shoulder has a small strain and hurts. The two things can´t have anything to do with each other but still enough reasons to take a few days rest. Luckily Oct/Nov are low mileage months and it is OK to put in more days of rest.

The worst thing you can do is to try run through a small injury. You will just be “rewarded” with a bigger one.
