Back in the gym

After five days of rest my foot feels better and my shoulder too. I went down in the gym for a 45 min workout on the stairmaster. The stairmaster is a good alternative when you have problems with your feet och shins. You train your cardio and increase your leg-strength but without the disturbing impact that comes from running especially on hard surfaces.
October will be a low-mileage month. But I hope to start raising the level in November.
